Gray has been an integral part of the breaking our managements artists Diana Krall, Norah Jones, Pink Martini and the Chieftains in New Zealand.  He is a rare thing in our business: A big music fan and a talented musician with a sharp business mind thrown in for good measure.  They broke the mould when they created Gray Bartlett!"
Shaw Saltzberg, Senior V.P. S L. Feldman and Associates, Vancouver Canada

"Gray has been a dedicated musician and supporter of musicians for such a long time and it's good to see him being honored by this album.  I have not only enjoyed a good professional relationship with Gray, but I'm also fan of his beautiful smooth style of guitar playing, and I wish him lots of success with his touring and the album.   I'm proud of you Gray!!!!"

"Well what do you know; the old silver fox has been on the go for fifty years.  Is that all? Seems like a hundred at least.  Actually we searchers never knew him in the glory days when he was a teenage idol and his hair was chestnut brown.  Goodness knows why he decided to dye it grey.  But since having him look after us so wonderfully on our more recent tours of New Zealand and watching him and his mate Brendan Dugan warm up the crowd for us so marvelously we can see just why he is such a well loved person.  He most definitely became a very firm friend to us and his company was a sheer joy everyone loves a guitar hero and Gray is certainly that.  You only have to mention his name to a Kiwi and the praises come tripping off the tongue.  We loved his musicianship, his generosity of spirit and his sheer humanity.  Our one big regret though is not being able to witness him plunking away behind dear old Rolf Harris and Jake the Peg.  Now that would have been something.  Don't stop till you drop mate.  You've got years in you yet. (Well a couple at least) Much love."
Frank Allen and John McNally of the Searchers (and not forgetting fellow Searchers Spencer James and Eddie Rothe)

"Gray and I go back a long, long way.  We worked together every night for 6 weeks at the "talk of The Town" in London's West end, in 1968.  He played virtuoso guitar to accompany my vocals on Gordon Lightfoot's Gypsy: and "Old Handsome Bonce" Regularly got a tremendous standing ovation at the end of the piece.  We've remained firm friends ever since.  Long may his wondrous guitar laying grace our ears!"
Rolf Harris

"Gray Bartlett is one of those rare people in the music industry who has pretty well done it all, as both a hugely successful artist and entrepreneur. His devotion to the local NZ Music industry and its young talent is respected locally and internationally.  He is also a great guy to have a party with.  Congratulations mate on a great career to date, and a milestone record."
Rob Potts, CEO, Rob Potts Entertainment
